Lewis & Clark Suite

The famous historical figures, Lewis & Clark, began their westward trek near St. Louis, Missouri and traveled along the Missouri River. The expedition departed in May, 1804 and lasted until September, 1806. They continued on their journey west and camped not far from the Argo Hotel's location. Eight miles from the hotel is Calumet Bluff, the site where Lewis and Clark held council with Indian leaders in 1804.

Unlike these early explorers, today's travelers can enjoy the comfort of a queen bed in the main room of the suite, with a daybed and trundle in the adjoining sitting room for extra guests. Private bath has a large shower.
